So you can create separate private groups for all of your teams and get all functions. Paid service for membership subscription is going to be released very soon. I think it will be better to post team wise since it’s a private social network. If a private social network is meant for a particular company. They can only have team members and not friends

Yes you are right. You can run Sociopro only for your workplace and team members. So friends can’t get access to it if you don’t want.
